Vazyme published in The New England Journal of Medicine and Nature Journal

In January 2015, Vazyme constantly received exciting news from various regions, of which there are two research articles published in the world’s leading journal The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) and Nature. We sincerely congratulate to the scholars on the achievements of their research. At the same time, it also represents that ClonExpressⅡ One Step Cloning Kit (Cat: C112) and Phanta Max Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase (Cat: P505) from Vazyme have reached the international advanced level. It was also a great encouragement for Vazyme at the beginning of 2015, and inspired us to provide more high-performance products and higher quality services to the scientific research in 2015. On January 8, 2015, The New England Journal of Medicine (IF:54.42) published an original article titled “TBX6 Null Variants and a Common Hypomorphic Allele in Congenital Scoliosis”. The work was finished by Fudan University and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, jointly with Capital Institute of Pediatrics and the United States of Baylor College of medicine. ClonExpressⅡ One Step Cloning Kit (Cat:C112) of Vazyme was used in this research. Cloning products of Vazyme once again log in the international top journal since November issue of the Journal Cell, which also indicates the excellent quality of the products from Vazyme.

On January 14th, the British journal Nature (IF: 42.351) published a breakthrough in the biosynthetic mechanism of Lincomycin completed by the team of Liu Wen, come from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Academia Sinica. Small molecule thiol can not only act as a well-known "protective" role, but also can play an unprecedented “construction” role to guide and participate in the assembly of active functional molecules in vivo. This finding represents an important step in understanding the intrinsic function of small molecule thiol in biological systems (Chemical Biology), and means a great deal to "biological manufacturing" of the relevant chemicals (Synthetic Biology). Phanta® Max Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase (Cat: P505) of Vazyme was used in this paper.
